Guide

Photo tips for best results.

Your photos don't need to be perfect — our AI will flag anything unusable on upload. But a few small habits make a noticeable difference in the final render.

01Camera & Stability

Any modern phone works.

You don't need fancy gear — an iPhone or recent Android is plenty. A few small habits help a lot.

  • Hold the phone steady, or brace against a wall. A tripod is ideal but not required.
  • Shoot from about chest height (~5 ft / 1.5 m) — this gives the most natural perspective.
  • Keep the camera level. Avoid tilting up or down.
  • Turn on all the lights. More light = cleaner render.
  • Open curtains during the day for natural light.
02Quantity

How many photos should you send?

Most agents order 7–12 renders when listing a single-family home. There's no minimum — one render is fine. Here's a typical starter set.

  • Living / family room
  • Kitchen
  • Dining room
  • Primary bedroom
  • Guest bedroom(s)
  • Home office
  • Finished basement

03Resolution · MLS

Size the file for where it'll live.

Most phone photos are already a good size. Here's a quick reference — including MLS guidance for real estate listings.

Under 1,000 px
Too small
May look blurry. Often rejected by MLS. Our AI will flag these on upload.
1,000–3,000 px
MLS-ready
Great for MLS, Zillow, websites, and social media. This is what most phones produce.
3,000+ px
Print-quality
Best for brochures, large-format marketing, and glossy printed listings.
A note on MLS disclosure:most MLS regions require a visible “virtually staged” caption on any edited listing photo. Rules vary by state and by MLS — check with your broker or local association before publishing. We'll happily add a discreet watermark on request.

05After You Order

What happens next.

Placing an order takes a few minutes. After that, our process is quiet but fast.

  1. 1
    Order received

You'll get a confirmation email and a tracking link. If anything about your files needs clarification, we reach out within 2 business hours — your 24-hour clock starts when we have what we need.

  2. 2
    AI + human pipeline

Our AI composes a first pass in minutes. A human artist then reviews, adjusts, and finishes every render before QA.

  3. 3
    Renders delivered

High-resolution images arrive in your inbox. Reply with notes to request a revision — the first per render is free.

Don't worry about perfect.

If your photo is clear and shows the space, we can work with it. We'll match multiple angles of the same room so everything looks consistent. The AI upload checker will always tell you if anything needs a second look — but it never blocks you from ordering.
